The decor and ambiance was lovely. The design of the site is very good. The hotel and cabin was always warm and cosy. The gift shop is a nice idea.
The drain in the bathroom smelt bad. Very poor tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No convenience shop on site and a fair distance to travel to local shops, especially in the snow. The fire in reception was not lit. No forecast of information on the northern lights. No advice given by staff.

A very comfortable stay after long and tiring day activities!
1) The room is spacious. 2) Big TV screen with ability to connect with your own devices. 3)The breakfast is fantastic.
The bathroom is a bit small and the window can't open so the ventilation is not perfect.
